A classic of Turkey&#8230;<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-50fa4e3\" data-block-id=\"50fa4e3\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">In many leading companies in Turkey and around the world, the age of senior executives responsible for &#8220;execution&#8221; is now below 55. The big majority is between 35-45. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-b65c20b\" data-block-id=\"b65c20b\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">In most Fortune 500 companies, the leaders of critical customer-facing teams are only 26-32 years old. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-08af139\" data-block-id=\"08af139\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">&#8220;Data Science&#8221; is very prominent in new generation companies, especially e-commerce companies. The average age of Data Scientist teams in these companies is below 27. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-2af09e4\" data-block-id=\"2af09e4\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Most of the founders of startups that exceed $100 million valuation are under the age of 30. In our leading institutionalized holdings such as Ko\u00e7 and Sabanc\u0131, there are upper age bands of 55-60 years for senior managers. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-e027666\" data-block-id=\"e027666\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">According to TUIK data; Turkey&#8217;s population;<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>45.10% under the age of 30<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>67.71% under the age of 45<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>74.23% under the age of 50<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-00a962a\" data-block-id=\"00a962a\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Look at the dire situation of those who are candidates to govern the country! <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-079dcce\" data-block-id=\"079dcce\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">I&#8217;m 52 years old. I am proud to say that our average age at TIRPORT is 27.2. All but two of my fellow managers are under 30. I am very happy to work with young people and give them a chance. We have young people whose talents we have caught while they were still in high school and made them computer engineers. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-243c223\" data-block-id=\"243c223\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">I don&#8217;t even want to see anyone at the 50+ level as a candidate to govern the country. Are they the only ones left in this country?! <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-4845cd3\" data-block-id=\"4845cd3\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">I&#8217;m sorry. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-1c501ed\" data-block-id=\"1c501ed\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">We and those born earlier than us have made this country what it is. The result is obvious, unfortunately we are very unsuccessful. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-4851666\" data-block-id=\"4851666\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Let&#8217;s give young people a chance, let&#8217;s see them. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-6eb6813\" data-block-id=\"6eb6813\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Those who have been MPs for one term, two terms, three terms, they are candidates again and they can say &#8220;I am the future of the youth&#8221;! I&#8217;m sorry, who are you, what have you done and what are you running for?! Let the young people have the opportunity&#8230; You cannot represent them. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-d901fc6\" data-block-id=\"d901fc6\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">We have a disease of office. You don&#8217;t leave office without dying or becoming a victim of intrigue. There is probably no other example in the world. Whatever mystery is in that seat, no one can leave it. The head of the chamber, the head of the association, even the head of the housing estate does not want to leave office. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-37acaf4\" data-block-id=\"37acaf4\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">There is probably no other example of a country in the world where an official salary of approximately 1,500 USD is paid and the state pays for a 150-200 thousand USD office car! Which European country has this reign?! <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-0586c25\" data-block-id=\"0586c25\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Our hope lies in the youth, to whom Atat\u00fcrk entrusted the Young Republic of Turkey, but whom we have always ignored. We don&#8217;t give them a chance. The 25% age group cannot and should not govern the 75%. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-3cf118d\" data-block-id=\"3cf118d\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">It is also time to abandon the distractions of &#8220;Youth Branches&#8221; and &#8220;Women Branches&#8221; in political parties. It cannot be an activity in the sense of &#8220;you guys hang around here&#8221;.
