Turkey is at the bottom of Europe, in the dazzling &#8220;NearShore&#8221; category. With the pandemic, offshore production is now up for discussion. <\/p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-edc82d4\" data-block-id=\"edc82d4\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">A container that reaches Europe from China in 4 weeks at the earliest can reach the UK or Sweden in 1 week from Turkey! (if there are no customs waits\/restrictions) <\/p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-a883b68\" data-block-id=\"a883b68\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">As you can see from the video, the most optimal routes for land and rail transportation on the East-West-South-North axes pass through Turkey. <\/p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-d9a5473\" data-block-id=\"d9a5473\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Turkey is also at the center of energy corridors. <\/p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-fb2a1a6\" data-block-id=\"fb2a1a6\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Despite this, we still cannot attract enough foreign capital. However, most of this investment takes the form of real estate acquisitions and partnerships in existing assets (companies\/factories\/ports etc.). So there is no investment, unfortunately the actual investment is not even 2 billion dollars \ud83d\ude41 <\/p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-2df5511\" data-block-id=\"2df5511\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Meanwhile, Brazil attracted $85 billion in foreign direct investment in 2022 and $50 billion in 2021. <\/p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-c0b92b4\" data-block-id=\"c0b92b4\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Can you imagine at least 40-50 billion dollars of investment coming to Turkey every year? (I am not talking about selling real estate or assets, I am talking about investment) Within 10 years, we will have a GDP of over 3 trillion dollars and a per capita income of over 25,000 USD. When we include the 12 million foreigners in Turkey, the national income per capita is below 8 thousand USD:( <\/p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-c5523f9\" data-block-id=\"c5523f9\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">It is time to recognize and fight together! Let&#8217;s not miss this train. We should be the nearshore and production base of Europe.
