C2, C3, K1, K3, L1, L2, N1, N2, R1 and R2 authorization certificate holders, together with the invoice\/e-invoice and\/or waybill information, for the goods they undertake to transport. The information specified in paragraph 2 of the regulation, together with the invoice\/e-invoice and\/or waybill information for each cargo\/shipment accepted by the M and P type authorization certificate holders, at the latest 6 hours after the time the goods are accepted.
