The annual volume of the Turkish e-Commerce sector, reaching 12 billion dollars as of the beginning of 2018, is expected to grow at least 4 times in the next 5 years. This expectation is seen as an opportunity by global companies. In addition to <strong>Amazon<\/strong> , which has recently taken its first corporate steps in Turkey, <strong>Alibaba<\/strong> is also preparing to make huge collaborations with SMEs.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to all these developments, e-Commerce logistics in the world and in Turkey is preparing to become a completely special service area. Making statements about the developments, <strong>TIRPORT<\/strong> Marketing Director <strong>Burcu Kale<\/strong> said: &#8220;There has been an interesting foreign interest in our country and our business models for the last few months. Sector and cooperation meetings are held one after the other with the representatives of the world giants. &#8220;They are looking at possible collaborations in the market and regional actors. We may soon see important collaborations and acquisitions in this field, especially in Turkey, which is Europe&#8217;s largest truck market. One of them is <strong>TIRPORT<\/strong> Pointing out that there are approximately 850 thousand trucks and 1.2 million SRC-certified truck drivers on the roads in Turkey, Europe&#8217;s largest truck market, <strong>Burcu Kale<\/strong>, gave the following information about the market: &#8220;The size of the sector, where at least 600 thousand shipments are made every day, has reached a size of approximately 350 billion liras as of 2018. &#8220;Logistics eco-system; storage, vehicle sales, service, tire etc. When services are considered together with instruments such as insurance, the annual size of the market exceeds 500 billion TL and this attracts the attention of large companies. &#8220;An important investment news in the digitalized logistics sector came from China.
